Eco Stein Ltd. can, through close and exclusive cooperation with our suppliers, offer a variety of solutions depending on the customers requirement.

For low energy houses a simple one leaf constructions is most efficient. The walls will be constructed with 365 mm wide blocks. Only external render and internal plaster will have to be applied.
This construction will achieve a U - value of 0.23 W/m2K.

When requiering a construction that meets passive house standards, we can offer a range of cavity wall solutions that can easily and verfiably meet these demands, using simple designs as shown on this page.

When requiering maximum thermal mass for your new house, solution no.1 would be an appropriate design.

A design as shown in solution no.3 will achieve also passive house standard whilst being more cost efficient.

In order to maximise energy efficiency of your new house or development still further, Eco Stein Ltd. has also introduced a new product (patent pending) that practically eliminates heat bridges at windows sills. (See below for details)

Manufactured from extruded hard polystyrene, this form piece incorporates the base for your external and internal window sills as well as the mounting platform for the window.
Window sills (concrete, granite or marble) are simply glued onto the base.
Mounting stainless steel or aluminium window sills is also possible.
